Insert key, turn ON, and lift tab

Lift lever and fold down platform

Unhook belt and loosen Velcro strap

Press switch to lower platform

Step 5
Step 6

Lower lever, secure belt to Velcro, turn key OFF and remove key.

Place scooter on platform, press switch to raise and secure with belt
